The time of the Planned Service call will be arranged by Ames Heating and Cooling in cooperation with customer convenience. Calls are grouped by area to minimize travel costs. If you have a specific day in mind, please call at least two weeks ahead; otherwise, we will contact you for scheduling.
There is a 10% discount on all parts, and we offer $100 off on the purchase of furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Our service technicians will sign you up at the time of the first service. You can provide them with a check at that time, or we will send you a bill. Simply call in to schedule the first service, and our service technicians will take care of you from there.
